As the USI Consulting Group retiree welfare benefits practice leader, Parker was responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and administration of these programs for a wide variety of employers. This experience only helped in his recognition of strategic issues including pre-funding, generational taxpayer equity, cost-sharing, service minimums, age minimums, and contractual flexibility.
With Parker’s extensive industry knowledge, he has worked with qualified and non-qualified retirement plans as well as retiree welfare programs including the costing, funding, and design of employee benefits. Parker works with a wide variety of clients creating custom solutions to fit their unique needs.
Parker is always willing to share his knowledge and experience with others. He has been interviewed by the National Institute of Pension Administrators and has spoken before many professional organizations and was a speaker at the 2010 Public Housing Authorities Directors Association’s annual meeting.
