As President and CEO of Odyssey Advisors, Parker Elmore is dedicated to quality service, expertise, and efficiency. With over 25 years of industry experience, Parker and the Odyssey team develop and implement solutions to the complex financial issues faced by small and mid-sized employers. Parker’s personal philosophy is to listen and customize solutions for your individual needs.

Parker’s credibility speaks for itself. In 1998, he founded Primoris Benefit Advisors, Inc. which offered a wide range of services including employee benefit plan consulting.

With a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and many industry certifications, Parker is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, an Associate in the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow in the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, and is enrolled by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries.

Prior to founding Primoris Benefit Advisors, Inc., Parker was a retiree welfare benefits practice leader with USI Consulting Group. He worked his way up the ranks to become their defined contribution and executive compensation practice leader. As the USI Consulting Group retiree welfare benefits practice leader, Parker was responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and administration of these programs for a wide variety of employers. This experience only helped in his recognition of strategic issues including pre-funding, generational taxpayer equity, cost-sharing, service minimums, age minimums, and contractual flexibility.

With Parker’s extensive industry knowledge, he has worked with qualified and non-qualified retirement plans as well as retiree welfare programs including the costing, funding, and design of employee benefits. Parker works with a wide variety of clients creating custom solutions to fit their unique needs.

Parker is always willing to share his knowledge and experience with others. He has been interviewed by the National Institute of Pension Administrators and has spoken before many professional organizations and was a speaker at the 2010 Public Housing Authorities Directors Association’s annual meeting.
